Rules for Physical Conditioning

To be a well-conditioned athlete it is necessary to:

  1. a. Engage in vigorous conditioning program
    b. Consume a balance nutritional diet
    c. Provide for adequate rest and sleep
  2. It is detrimental to the athlete to engage in the following:
    a. Smoking
    b. Use of alcoholic beverages
    c. Use non prescribed drugs (students using prescribed drugs must notify the school physician at their exam, the school nurse and coach during the sport season)

Students violating rules 2, a, b, or c shall be referred to administration
These rules are in effect at all times.
