Our Fallsburg Alumni Association will be having our 5th Annual Reunion on Saturday, Sept 12, 2009, at the Fallsburg High School. This will be our forth year of awarding a scholarship to one worthy Fallsburg HS senior, a young person who has demonstrated good citizenship, high academic values, good sportsmanship, creativity and responsibility in his or her work, and respect for his or her peers and teachers.

This year's recipient is Ms. Sieara Smith. She will be attending Spelman College in Atlanta to study biology.

Given the present economic situation, we would like to increase our scholarship fund in order to enable more worthy seniors will the opportunity to attend college. Please search your hearts and wallets. A donation, in any amount, would be greatly appreciated. Please mark the envelop FAAScholarship Fund and mail your check to:

On Saturday, Saturday, Sept 12, 2009, 11:00am - 2pm the alumni will once again recognize our outstanding alumnus/retired staff (including some special surprises) and plan to have some nice strolls down memory lane. A light lunch will be available, as will old friends and teachers. The cost is $10.00 and reservations are recommended. All classes are encouraged to come out - your attendance would be rewarding in many ways. This will also be the 50th anniversary of the high school on Brickman Road!

In addition, the class of '64 and the class of '89 are sponsoring a dinners on Saturday night. Come to our event or call us for more details.
