About Our Data Network

The Fallsburg Central School district has made great strides in creating a state-of -the-art data network. Each building has wireless access throughout. Every classroom is wired with multiple 100/1000 MBPS data drops, and these all connect to our central data and application servers. The district connects to the Internet via a T1 line, which provides high speed access for all our users. Internet access is filtered, with the majority of educationally inappropriate sites blocked. All staff have access to an individual email account, both within the district and from home. We are fortunate in being able to manage this infrastructure internally, with the efforts of our dedicated technology staff.
