Mr. Michael Weiner, President

Mr. Weiner is a FCS graduate. He has a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland and a Master’s degree from SUNY New Paltz. He taught Social Studies at Fallsburg High School from 1985 until 2014. A coach at Fallsburg since 1981, he continues to help our athletic teams as a volunteer. He was the Student Government Advisor from 1993 to 2014. Mr. Weiner served as a Councilman on the Fallsburg Town Board from 2005-2021. He hopes to continue to positively impact the student body as a member of the Fallsburg Central School Board.
Dr. Sean Wall-Carty, Vice-President

Dr. Sean Wall-Carty holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from North Central University. He also earned an MBA in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and an Associate’s Degree in Business all from the University of Phoenix.
His prior experience includes graduate level college teaching, leadership seminars, training classes, and consulting. His corporate experience includes a blend of supporting the human resources functions for profit retail businesses, children focused non-profit missions, and local government leadership.
He currently works as an Instructor for Western Governor’s University. He teaches employment law, training and development, workforce leadership, and organizational behavior. Additionally, he serves as the Town of Fallsburg Deputy Supervisor, Fallsburg Central School District Board of Education Vice-President, and a Commissioner for the Sullivan County Division of Human Rights.
His personal mission is to provide guidance and support in every interaction with optimism and clarity for positive outcomes in the future.

Ms. Fiorella Muscia

Ms. Hussey came to Mountaindale from Brooklyn in 1957. She received an Associate’s Degree from Sullivan County Community College—SUNY in 1972, a BS from SUNY New Paltz in 1974, and an MS in Elementary Education in 1977 (second major, English). She feels fortunate to have taught in the Benjamin Cosor Elementary School for 27 years (grades 4, 3, and 5) until retiring in 2001. She says, “They were the most gratifying years of my life. Having the opportunity to be supportive in the academic and emotional growth of young and impressionable students was a gift to me.”
A graduate of Brooklyn College, Ms. Kates was employed by the Fallsburg Central School District for 33 years. She was PTO president for 5 years prior to becoming an employee of the District. Ms. Kates was one of the first parent volunteers in the elementary school starting in 1979, and she has worked closely with many teachers over the years.
Ms. Muscia grew up in Livingston Manor and graduated from Livingston Manor Central School. She holds an AAS in Computer Engineering Technology and has worked for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield for over 20 years. Ms. Muscia currently lives in South Fallsburg with her husband and two children who currently attend Fallsburg. Ms. Muscia teaches religious education and has been a Girl Scout troop leader for the past 4 years. She has also volunteered in the district in classrooms and with the Robotics program. She believes that “education is the most powerful investment we can make in our children’s lives. We all must come together and be partners in this endeavor if our students are to be successful, both in school and in life.”

Jennifer Reinhardt grew up in Queens, New York and relocated to Fallsburg in 1992. She began working for Dynamite Youth Center, a residential drug treatment program, at that time. She is currently the Director of Dynamite Youth Center. She holds an Advanced Certified Alcohol Substance Abuse Counselor license. She is married and has two children who graduated from Fallsburg High School and are attending college.
