The Sullivan County Department of Public Health has announced that they will be holding back-to-school vaccination clinics at their office in Liberty, NY during the following days and times:

Tuesday, August 19th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday, August 26th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday, September 2nd from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Vaccine appointments are only available to children with Medicaid or no health insurance. Please call (845) 292-5910 to schedule an appointment or answer any childhood immunization questions.
