Dear Parent/Guardian:
I was just informed by the Fallsburg Police Department that they have arrested the person responsible for making the school threat that I described in earlier emails today.
The culprit is not a student in the Fallsburg Central School District but is a school aged student elsewhere.
I would like to take a moment to praise our Fallsburg Police Department for handling three cases of threats in a 5 week period and doing it at super speed. On behalf of the Fallsburg Central School District I would like to thank Chief Brendan Pavese and his team for doing outstanding work and truly making a difference for the Fallsburg School Community.
I would also like to thank my Fallsburg parents and all Fallsburg staff for their feedback and patience in dealing with these unfortunate incidents.
Clearly the Fallsburg School Community has no tolerance for threats of violence. Our school District and our law enforcement partners will take whatever steps are necessary to protect our school community.

El Departamento de PolicÃa de Fallsburg me acaba de informar que han arrestado a la persona responsable de realizar la amenaza escolar que describà en correos electrónicos anteriores hoy.
El culpable no es un estudiante del Distrito Escolar Central de Fallsburg, sino un estudiante en edad escolar de otro lugar.
Me gustarÃa tomarme un momento para elogiar a nuestro Departamento de PolicÃa de Fallsburg por manejar tres casos de amenazas en un perÃodo de 5 semanas y hacerlo a gran velocidad. En nombre del Distrito Escolar Central de Fallsburg, me gustarÃa agradecer al Jefe Brendan Pavese y a su equipo por hacer un trabajo sobresaliente y realmente marcar una diferencia para la comunidad escolar de Fallsburg.
También me gustarÃa agradecer a mis padres de Fallsburg y a todo el personal de Fallsburg por sus comentarios y paciencia al lidiar con estos desafortunados incidentes.
Claramente, la comunidad escolar de Fallsburg no tolera las amenazas de violencia. Nuestro distrito escolar y nuestros socios policiales tomarán las medidas necesarias para proteger a nuestra comunidad escolar.
