We invite our community members to complete the Diagnostic Tool for School and District Effectiveness (DTSDE) Survey. This survey is part of the New York State Education Department’s requirements for Focus Schools and Focus Districts. It gathers feedback on key areas, including curriculum, systems and organization, parent and community engagement, school leadership, social-emotional learning, and instruction.

Our independent research partner, K12 Insight/Sogolytics, is administering the survey on our behalf. They will compile all results and share only school-level findings. All responses are completely confidential.
