For the eighth time in the program’s history, the Fallsburg Junior-Senior High School’s robotics team will be making an appearance in the VEX Robotics World Championship. They clinched their spot after finishing seventh in the skills component match-up during the New York State Robotics Championship.
Fallsburg will be one of hundreds of teams from around the world competing for various tournament crowns. The team members that will appear in the tournament are Robert Perrera, Ayden Carpenito, and Saleen Lyons. All three played an instrumental role in bringing Fallsburg to another championship appearance.
The tournament will be held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas from April 25 to May 3.
Por octava vez en la historia del programa, el equipo de robótica de Fallsburg Junior-Senior High School aparecerá en el Campeonato Mundial de Robótica VEX. Consiguieron su lugar después de terminar séptimos en el enfrentamiento del componente de habilidades durante el Campeonato de Robótica del Estado de Nueva York.
Fallsburg será uno de los cientos de equipos de todo el mundo que competirán por varias coronas de torneos.
