Fallsburg Celebrates First Students of the Month for the 2026–2027 School Year

On Friday, October 9, the Fallsburg Junior-Senior High School Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team hosted its first Student of the Month ceremony of the 2026–2027 school year, recognizing 12 students for their positive contributions to the school community.
September's theme, Getting Off to a Good Start, highlighted students who began the school year on a positive note and set an example for their peers.
Each student received a personalized certificate highlighting the reason for their nomination, a celebration lunch, and a custom Fallsburg tumbler.
"The everyday things that you are doing are really shaping the direction of the school, and I really appreciate that," said Principal Shana Bruestle. She encouraged students to keep their certificates as a reminder of their accomplishments and the positive impact they have made, especially on challenging days.
Congratulations to our September Students of the Month!
