Dear Parent/Guardian:
Earlier today, Thursday, September 11, 2025, a Junior-Senior High School student made a threat to two students. The threat was deemed to be non-credible by the Fallsburg Police Department and the school district. The school district will be following up with the students and families involved to address this situation in accordance with our Code of Conduct. Our schools will continue running as normal.
The health, safety and welfare of our students continues to be our top priority and we fully investigate threats of any nature regardless of what the intent is. We realize that sometimes threats are made out of anger, frustration, as a joke or for other reasons, but we take them all seriously.

Hoy, jueves 11 de septiembre de 2025, un estudiante de secundaria amenazó a dos estudiantes. El Departamento de PolicÃa de Fallsburg y el distrito escolar consideraron que la amenaza no era creÃble. El distrito escolar se pondrá en contacto con los estudiantes y las familias involucradas para abordar esta situación de acuerdo con nuestro Código de Conducta. Nuestras escuelas seguirán funcionando con normalidad.
La salud, la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros estudiantes siguen siendo nuestra principal prioridad e investigamos a fondo cualquier amenaza, independientemente de su intención. Sabemos que a veces las amenazas se hacen por enojo, frustración, como broma o por otras razones, pero las tomamos todas en serio.
