The Sullivan County PK-12 Art Show will present the work of students from the County’s eight school districts and Sullivan BOCES at the Event’s Gallery at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts from April 12 to April 14.
On Friday, April 12, 2024, the show will hold a Public Opening and Reception from 2:00 - 6:00 pm. If you are unable to attend the public opening, the Art Show will also be on display on April 13 & 14 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
During the show, you can view student artwork from the ten media categories of Ceramics & Glass, Digital Art, Design, Black & White Drawing, Color Drawing, Mixed Media, Painting, Black & White Photography, Color Photography, Film & Animation, and Sculpture.
The Bethel Woods Center for the Arts will also provide free museum admission to students attending the Art Show throughout the weekend.
The Sullivan County PK-12 Art Show is one of the many programs offered through the Arts In Education Program at Sullivan BOCES. Dedicated to raising visual and aesthetic literacy standards and levels while strengthening and supporting learning in all curriculum areas, the Arts In Education Program supports the Arts and arts-integrated learning experiences for K-12 students and teachers.

La Exposición de Arte PK-12 del Condado de Sullivan presentará el trabajo de los estudiantes de los ocho distritos escolares del Condado y Sullivan BOCES en la GalerÃa del Evento en el Centro para las Artes Bethel Woods del 12 al 14 de abril.
El viernes 12 de abril de 2024, el espectáculo realizará una inauguración pública y una recepción de 2:00 a 6:00 p. m. Si no puede asistir a la inauguración pública, la exposición de arte también se exhibirá los dÃas 13 y 14 de abril de 10:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m.
Durante la exposición, podrá ver las obras de arte de los estudiantes de las diez categorÃas de medios: cerámica y vidrio, arte digital, diseño, dibujo en blanco y negro, dibujo en color, técnicas mixtas, pintura, fotografÃa en blanco y negro, fotografÃa en color, cine y animación, y Escultura.
El Centro para las Artes Bethel Woods también ofrecerá entrada gratuita al museo a los estudiantes que asistan a la Exposición de Arte durante todo el fin de semana.
