Fallsburg in the News! (4/24/2023)

This past week, the school district has been featured in three news articles. In the Townsman, two of our seniors, Mateo Scanna and Andrew Rein Jr, signed their letters of intent to play college football next fall. Good luck to you both! In the Democrat, three of our varsity wrestlers were nominated as county All-Stars. Congratulations to Arianna Gonzalez, Alexandra Ruiz, and Edwar Garcia Ponce! And lastly, in the Democrat, the school district announced that there will not be an increase to the school's tax levy in the upcoming budget vote. This will mark five consecutive years without an increase!
La semana pasada, el distrito escolar apareció en tres artículos de noticias. En el Townsman, dos de nuestros estudiantes del último año, Mateo Scanna y Andrew Rein Jr, firmaron sus cartas de intención para jugar fútbol americano universitario el próximo otoño. ¡Buena suerte a ambos! En el Democrat, tres de nuestros luchadores universitarios fueron nominados como All-Stars del condado. ¡Felicitaciones a Arianna González, Alexandra Ruiz y Edwar García Ponce! Y, por último, en el Demócrata, el distrito escolar anunció que no habrá un aumento en la recaudación de impuestos de la escuela en la próxima votación presupuestaria. ¡Esto marcará cinco años consecutivos sin un aumento!
